A Message Regarding Coronavirus/COVID-19

WE’RE BACK!
Dear SFLD Community,

We are pleased to announce that we have started seeing patients as part of a “soft” opening approach for regular dental procedures. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. Our office will follow infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA) the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

There will be changes when you arrive for your appointment including waiting in your car until your dental care provider is ready for you, wear your mask into building, required use of hand sanitizers, recording patient’s temperatures, COVID screen forms, pre-mouth rinse prior to dental work, increased room ventilation, additional staff PPE and more.

Patients currently scheduled beginning Wednesday, May 20, will be personally called by our team to confirm their appointment time, discuss any medical history changes and dental concerns. Prior to your appointment, you will receive the required Covid Patient Screening Form by email which should be completed and submitted prior to your appointment.

In the weeks that we have been away from each other, we have been reminded that one of the most important aspects of Smile for Life Dental is community. We care and achieve best when we are together. Even as we have been away, the strength and resilience of our Smile for Life Dental community and team has grown ever more strong, ever more resilient, and ever more appreciative of each other.

We are blessed to serve such an amazing community of patients of Smile for Life. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends!

With Gratitude,

Dean W. Lodding and his Team!
